This cultivar has been developed from a seedling of  ‘Unique’.  The flower heads are open and lacey, hence the name. The colour of the sterile florets begin white and become speckled with pink as they mature.

Verdict of the RHS and European Trials at Wisley was: ‘Very Good’.
