‘Ammarin’ is compact with a rounded shape. The arching stems are red in colour initially and darken to brown later. The flower heads (panicles) are medium sized at 2.5cm by 1.8cm. The 75% coverage of sterile florets start white and age to a dull pale pink. The well separated sepals at maturity give a starry appearance. Good at the front or middle of a border.
