Synonyms: Ours was bought as aspera villosa Mauvette.
Origins: Came on to the market from the Netherlands in about 1983

Height & Width: 2m x 2m

Not as large as most aspera cultivars with deep blue fertile florets and pure mauve sterile florets. Very similar to aspera ‘Peter Chappell’ but with more mauve in the fertile florets.
