Bed W: Plant 38

An unusual bi coloured lacecap cultivar.  The frilly edges sepals are pure white with a thin bright red edge.  The young leaves are also a lovely ruby red in the spring.  It is reported to be somewhat tender so is best planted in a sheltered position.
