A wonderful bright pink pink lacecap on alkaline soils and deep royal blue on acid soil.  It is upright, tall and vigorous but needs some shelter as it can suffer frost damage. The sepals have toothed edges and remain cup shaped for a long time.  It grows to 1.5m
