A new and distinct Hydrangea plant having red-coloured flowers and black-coloured, strong stems.  Stramadschi` is similar to another Hydrangea variety, `Stramalyn` because they both have black stems that are strong.  However, `Stramadschi` differs from `Stramalyn` in flower colour. It is the result of a cross between seedling G6 (female parent) and `Paris Rapa` (male parent).
