Syn. ‘Bokraplume’

A new and distinct cultivar characterized by its compact and outwardly spreading plant habit; and inflorescences with loose panicles of white-colored flowers that with development become red purple in color.  It was bred from open-pollination occurring in July, 2003 in Boskoop of two unnamed seedlings of H.paniculata.  Some European nurseries seem to be erroneously selling a cultivar with dense panicles of flowers that turn pink at maturity
