This is another example of a compact paniculata for smaller borders. The stems are upright and have a reddish tone. The thin pointed flower heads are 50% sterile florets which start out white, fade to pink and end up a very deep brick red. Each flower head can be white, pink or red which makes this paniculata unusual.
